Beginners Yoga

Did you know Live Yoga is known for its beginners classes?

This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility and strength and increase your sense of well-being. You do not need to be flexible or to have any previous experience with yoga in order to take this class. We will start out gently and work at a comfortable pace, gradually building your repertoire of postures. Learn yoga with other beginners in a friendly, warm and encouraging environment.
