The Circumference of the Hip.

Join Sean O’Leary for a 2 hour workshop focusing on the hip joint. This workshop will explore the circumference of the hip joint including groins, I.T. band, glutes, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and examine how to open and strengthen these muscles while creating stability in the hip joint itself to ensure safety and longevity of your yoga practice for years to come.
