De-Stress and Unwind

This 3-week series is designed to encourage release of physical and mental tension. Class starts with specially designed active movements to release stress, from there you unwind with gentle soothing movements, and then ease into a progressive relaxation and end with a guided meditation. This is great for all levels of fitness and you do not need prior yoga experience. Your mind and body will love you for taking the time to make Tuesday unwind time! Marnie specializes in stress and anxiety programs.
