Gentle Yoga for Lively Aging (For Women)

This class is designed for women and held at a slower pace. It focuses on gentle stretches, flowing movements, stress release techniques, rejuvenation and healing. A combination of yoga, qigong, mindfulness, and breath work will be included.  This is a soothing class to calm your nervous system and relax any tension held in the body. It is a perfect class for stress reduction and increasing joint mobility! Plan on having fun too.

About Marnie :  Marnie has extensive training in a variety of healing modalities including therapeutic yoga, fitness training, Qigong, and meditation. Her popular program for stress release has been running for several years. Marnie continues to stay current by taking relevant courses and her students can expect a caring, well balanced, fun class. Marnie also teaches a variety of helpful tools to help with stress that you can implement into your daily life.
