Join Shae Savage on this introductory workshop to Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a practice that balances your glandular systems, strengthens your nervous system, increases muscular strength, joint stability and organ detoxification.  We utilize various movement recipes (kriyas), pranayama and meditation to activate the body physically, mentally and spiritually.

 Kundalini Yoga enables you to harness the energy of the mind and emotions to be in control of your actions and responses, rather than being controlled by emotions and thoughts. With this practice you gain a hands on experience of your highest consciousness. Kundalini Yoga teaches you tangible tools to conquer the stresses (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) of living in the West. You will be challenged in the class in new and beautiful ways.

Meet Shae Savage:

Shae Savage is a Kinesiologist and a Yoga teacher.   Over the past 6 years she has worked within the field of rehabilitation utilizing various forms of therapy including sports therapy, ergonomics, prevention education, work place injury, motor vehicle injury and cognitive therapy.  Intertwining science based principles with spiritual influences creates a unique educational perspective within each of her classes. As a teacher Shae is passionate about empowering individuals, creating a conscious community and encouraging healing through embracing you body. She creates conscious movements within her classes to allow for exploration physically, mentally and emotionally. Always a student at heart, Shae is continually learning new skills to apply within class. Expect to feel empowered, liberated, relaxed, and grounded after her classes.
