In the Flow – Long Vinyasa Yoga Practices

Join Katarina Stofikova for a 3 hour flow yoga classes to explore and move your body.  Class will consist of 20 minutes seated meditation followed by pranayama (breathing exercises) to prepare your body and mind for a dynamic asana (posture) practice.
