The Circumference of the Hip
Join Sean O’Leary for a 2 hour workshop focusing on the hip joint.
This workshop will explore the circumference of the hip joint including groins, I.T. band, glutes, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and examine how to open and strengthen these muscles while creating stability in the hip joint itself to ensure safety and longevity of your yoga practice for years to come.
Be curious and investigate the range of motion of your hips and understand how to keep them happy! A great workshop for any level of student looking to deepen their practice and open their hips.

Sean brings a caring and heartfelt approach to teaching. He encourages and supports students in observing the body to more skillfully align themselves in the poses so all the fruits of the practice can be experienced while maintaining stability and pleasure. Taking time to realize the shape of the pose, we create a deeper connection between body, mind, and soul. This helps us to access our underlying natural blissful state. Sean also shines light on a more holistic approach to yoga practice, weaving the philosophies of yoga, energetics of breathing and meditative qualities into his classes. Sean’s classes make yoga an accessible, healing and enjoyable practice for everyone. Sean is Currently training to become a certifed Iyengar yoga teacher at The Yoga Space in Vancouver.
