Drop-In Alignment Yoga Classes
A gentle class with a therapeutic emphasis. No previous yoga experience necessary. Topics change weekly and provide useful insights into the body, injuries, limitations and general alignment.

This class has slow, gentle, and thorough approach to practicing yoga poses. Slow movements, and gentle sequences help to promote relaxation and rejuvenation of the body and mind. It is perfect for releasing tight joints, improving flexibility and cultivating a sense of inner peace. The slow pace allows for more detailed instructions and focus on alignment in postures. Great for anyone who is looking for a slower paced, relaxing class or needs a modified practice to suit their body.
Hips and Back
Sundays, 10:45-12pm with Kerri
Mondays, 7-8:30pm with Jenna
Enjoy an all-levels hatha class that focuses on the hips and low back. Perfect for runners, athletes, women who are pregnant, as well as for anyone needing to give their hips and back a little love! This class will include breathing, postures and relaxation so you leave feeling wonderful.
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30pm with Susan
Sundays, 4:30-6:00pm with Heather
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing class thatguides you to realign the body naturally with love and care. Using a bolster, explore all 6 movements of the spine and learn gentle repair therapy exercises to realign shoulders and hips. Give yourself lots of love, kindness and care on Wednesday evenings. Finish your day with the relaxing effects of breathing, repair therapy and restorative yoga. Open to all levels.
