Mom and Baby
Mom and Baby yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies. Bond with your babe while creating a community with other new moms. This yoga series helps regain strength and flexibility after giving birth. Emphasis will be on posture, core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.
This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are 4 weeks post delivery or 6 weeks post caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.
