Beginners yoga is back starting November 2!
This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility, strength and increase your sense of wellbeing.
You do not need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience with yoga in order to take this class.

Prenatal Yoga Series - New Session November 8
This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. We will practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and to connect to your body and your baby. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other Moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.

Mom and Baby yoga is back end of Oct!
Fridays, Oct 31 - Dec 12, 11am - 12pm!
7-week series with Heather $98 + gst
Moms 'n Bubs yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies. Bond with babe, create a community with other new moms and regain strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be on posture, core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.
This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are 4 weeks post delivery or 6 weeks post caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.
