Pilates for Back Health - Starts Sept 20!


In Pilates, we pay a lot of attention to our posture and alignment. When alignment is off, uneven stresses on the skeleton, especially the spine, result.Pilates exercises, create uniform muscle use and development, allowing movement to flow through the body in a natural way.


This is a beginner, slow-paced Pilates class meant for people new to the exercises, and/or who need Pilates exercises to help with back health.   

Saturdays, Sept 20 - Nov 15,   1:30-2:30pm,   $125 +gst

Beginners yoga is back starting September 14!


This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility, strength and increase your sense of wellbeing. 

You do not need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience with yoga in order to take this class.

Prenatal Yoga Series  - New Session September 13


This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. We will practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and to connect to your body and your baby.  This is also a great opportunity to connect with other Moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.

Moms 'n Bubs yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies. Bond with babe, create a community with other new moms and regain strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be on posture, core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.

This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are 4 weeks post delivery or 6 weeks post caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.  



Gentle Stress Release Yoga (for women)


Mondays, Sept 15 - Oct 27           
11:00am to 12:15 pm
6-week session, $84+gst

No class Thanksgiving Monday. Pre-registration is Required. Next session: Nov 3 - Dec 8


This class is held at a slower pace focusing on gentle stretches, flowing movements, stress release techniques, rejuvenation and healing. A combination of mindfulness, Qi Gong, yoga and breath work will be included. Each class will end with a guided healing relaxation. This is a soothing class to calm your nervous system and relax any tension held in the body. Perfect class for stress reduction and increasing joint mobility!

No previous yoga experience is needed.
