Easter Long Weekend Hours - Open for most classes!

 

Wishing our staff and students a safe and enjoyable Easter Long Weekend. We are open for ALL drop-in classes from Fri-Sat (April 18-19).

Easter Sunday (April 20):
9am Hatha Flow & 10:45am Luna- RUNNING
6pm Restorative - CANCELLED  

On Easter Monday (April 21):  
9am Hatha, 4:30pm Hatha & 6pm Luna - RUNNING
7:30pm Flow - CANCELLED

The Wellbeing Shop is closed Good Friday and Easter Monday. All pre-registered courses cancelled on Good Friday, Easter Sunday & Monday.

Dan Clement Book Launch & Yoga - April 27  

 

Join Dan for the release of his new book "Your wound is your gift". The afternoon will include lecture, simple asana and breath work, and music. Come and get a copy of the first small pressing of the book, complete with several typos which are sure to make them collectors items. You are welcome to attend just the lecture, or the whole afternoon. Download the e-book, it is available by donation here or purchase it on the day of the event.

Healthy Back - Therapeutic Approach to Back Pain

 

Saturdays, May 3 - June 7

 6-week Series, $84 +gst

The healthy back series is a therapeutic approach towards healing acute and chronic back pain.  This 5-week pre-registered series is suitable for all ages, levels and anyone who is frustrated with back pain. Whereas back pain sufferers may not find general classes appropriate for their needs, this class provides a slow-paced, safe environment to accommodate healing therapies through yoga for each individual.

 

Sound Journey with Matthew Kocel - Friday, May 23

Matthew Kocel is a throat singer, sound healer, and visionary musician driven by his mission to inspire peace and healing through the universal language of sacred sound.


Come relax, lie down and let go as Matthew’s heart opening, mind expanding music transports you into indescribable states of bliss.

Prenatal Yoga Series  - New Session May 10

  

This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. We will practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and to connect to your body and your baby.  Yoga practice can be extremely helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour and delivery as well as keeping you comfortable and relaxed throughout your pregnancy. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other Moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.
