Two separate classes to accommodate all of your abilities and progression!
Pilates is a fun way to build strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility. The focus on core strength can help alleviate discomfort in the back, as well as overall posture and alignment.
Pilates connects you with your body and helps you be better coordinated and mindful in your movements. This is a light-hearted, enthusiastic class. All levels of fitness are welcome as modifications will be demonstrated.

Beginners yoga is back starting September 14!
This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility, strength and increase your sense of wellbeing.
You do not need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience with yoga in order to take this class.

Prenatal Yoga Series - New Session September 13
This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. We will practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and to connect to your body and your baby. Yoga practice can be extremely helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour and delivery as well as keeping you comfortable and relaxed throughout your pregnancy. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other Moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.

Mom and Baby yoga is back in September!

Moms 'n Bubs yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies. Bond with babe, create a community with other new moms and regain strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be on posture, core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.
This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are 4 weeks post delivery or 6 weeks post caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.
