Healthy Back Series -- New Thursday Session!

7-week Series with Sean, $98 +gst
The healthy back series is a therapeutic approach towards healing acute and chronic back pain. This 7-week pre-registered series is suitable for all ages, levels and anyone who is frustrated with back pain. Whereas back pain sufferers may not find general classes appropriate for their needs, this class provides a slow-paced, safe environment to accommodate healing therapies through yoga for each individual.
Beginners Yoga - New Session Begins in April
Did you know Live Yoga is known for its beginners classes? This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility and strength and increase your sense of well-being. By the end of the course you will be well prepared to step into a yoga class of your choice with confidence.
