Use props (benches, bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets) to enhance your postures and deepen your practice. Spend time in pranayam (breathing) and meditation. Suitable for all levels. Plus, two teachers = extra individual attention!

Prenatal Yoga Series - New Session March 8
We need more pregnant mommas!!
This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. We will practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and to connect to your body and your baby. Yoga practice can be extremely helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour and delivery as well as keeping you comfortable and relaxed throughout your pregnancy. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other Moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.
Saturdays, March 8 - April 26 (no class Easter weekend; April 26 class may be subject to time change)

Free Your Neck! Alexander Technique Workshop

A tight neck shortens muscles in your whole body, restricts your range of movement, and may lead to shoulder or back pain. Learn how the Alexander Technique can bring relieve from pain and tension.
The Alexander Technique teaches you how to release excess muscle tension in the neck, to allow the head to freely balance on the spine and to let the whole body naturally lengthen.This creates more flexibility and ease of movement in the whole body.
In this workshop you learn to apply the principles of the Alexander Technique to daily movements, including your yoga practice!Please come in comfortable clothes and bring 3 - 4 paperback books.

Beginners Yoga -- New Sessions Starting Sunday
This progressive series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility and strength and increase your sense of well-being. You do not need to be flexible or to have any previous experience with yoga in order to take this class. We will start out gently and work at a comfortable pace, gradually building your repertoire of postures.

Mom and Baby - Fridays Starting April 4
Mom and Baby yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies. Bond with babe, create a community with other new moms and regain strength and flexibility. Emphasis will be on posture, core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.
This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are 4 weeks post delivery or 6 weeks post caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.

Family Hour - Bond and Learn Healthy Living Together

One Sunday each month, join us for a fun hour of Family Yoga! Bond, laugh, bend and stretch with the kids! This is a joyful and supportive class that your whole family will enjoy.
Suitable for children 5-12 years old with parents, grandparents or guardians - this class will teach yoga postures, breathing practices, and meditation with a focus on fun! Click here for all the details!
