Cindy Thornton-Veltri
Cindy’s classes focus on moving mindfully through postures to feel the full expression of each asana, while honouring each student’s individual body. She encourages students to listen to their own inner voices and to allow that to be the ultimate guide in their practices. Cindy has taught body movement within the wellness industry for over 25 years. She is both a RYT-500 certified yoga teacher and a certified fitness instructor. With her experience and knowledge of body alignment, Cindy teaches her students how to move safely in and out of postures, while connecting to mind, body and breath.
