Strong and Calm - A Pilates Yin Yoga and Nidra Workshop

Healthy Back - The Lower Back and the Posterior Body
Saturday, May 27th from 2-3:30pm Sean will lead a workshop on the anatomy and functional movement of the lower back and entire posterior (back) body. This gentle yoga class will leave you feeling great and is appropriate for all levels and beginners. Come explore your back body with supportive and adaptive yoga postures. Your back will thank you.
Healthy Back - The Psoas and the Anterior Body
This drop-in workshop is May 20th from 2-3:30pm and will focus on gentle yoga to open and release the front surface of the body. Come learn about your hip flexors, the iliopsoas, the abdomen and enjoy the benefits of practicing postures that target these areas. Space is limited so make sure to sign up with your existing class card, drop in class, or membership.

Restore to Renew - A Gentle Restorative Yoga Workshop
Join Kerri for an afternoon of gentle yoga stretches, fully supported restorative yoga postures, calming breathing and relaxation techniques all for a meditative and rejuvenating experience. This afternoon workshop will emphasize replenishing our vital energies (prana in Sanskrit) by relieving tensions and stress that can creep up on us in winter and the holiday season.

Community Satsang
Babeeta Chhabra will be hosting a FREE community Satsang for the Live Yoga community Saturday, October 24 from 4 – 5:15pm. Come immerse yourself in good company and explore the world of chanting and singing for meditative experience. No experience required.
