Prenatal Yoga Series
This nurturing class is designed specifically for pregnancy. Practice gentle poses, breathing and relaxation to help soothe the body and mind, relieve aches and pains, and connect to your body and your baby. Yoga practice can be extremely helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour and delivery as well as keeping you comfortable and relaxed throughout your pregnancy. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms, share your experiences and build lasting friendships.
